We're always forgetting about leftovers or pushing them to the back of the refrigerator. So I keep a small magnetic chalkboard on the front of the fridge. When I put away leftovers, I write down what's in there. My husband is more likely to take leftovers for lunch if he knows they're there, and now we're wasting less.
