Who Has Boys and Who Has Girls?

In the January 2007 issue of American Baby magazine, we asked you which of these new-mom celebrities has little girls, but no little boys: Jennie Garth, Melissa Joan Hart, Gwen Stefani, or Christy Turlington Burns.

ANSWER! Former teen television star Jennie Garth, known for her role as Kelly Taylor on Beverly Hills 90210, has a house full of sugar and spice and everything nice. Garth and her husband, actor Peter Facinelli, have three little girls: Luca Bella, Lola Ray, and Fiona Eve. Apart from her acting, Garth is a proud supporter of the Elephant Sanctuary and World Vision.

A Hart-y Boy

Melissa Joan Hart, also known as Clarissa, from Nickelodeon's Clarissa Explains It All, and Sabrina, from Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, is the mother of one. Hart and her husband, musician Mark Wilkerson, welcomed son Mason Walter on January 11th, 2006. Apart from her television career, she also starred in the teen movie Can't Hardly Wait, and is the vice president of Hartbreak Films, a production company she runs with her mother.

Sweet L.A.M.B

No Doubt front woman and successful solo artist Gwen Stefani is the mother of one little boy. Stefani and her husband, Bush front man Gavin Rossdale, welcomed Kingston James McGregor on May 26, 2006. Apart from her musical career, Stefani appeared in the feature film The Aviator, as starlet Jean Harlow, and has created a fashion line, named L.A.M.B.

A Model Family

Christy Turlington Burns, the successful model of such campaigns as Maybelline Cosmetic and Calvin Klein, has two young children. Turlington and her husband actor/writer/filmmaker Edward Burns are the parents of Grace, born in October 2003, and Finn, born in February 2006. Apart from her modeling career, Turlington is an anti-smoking activist, as well as a face of the (RED) campaign, which is raising money to help fight AIDS in Africa.
