hello? is anyone there? a food article with recipes not included -- what's with that?!? also, some kids will eat almost anything, some will eat anything that's familiar, so this could work if they eat it at home. however, most important issue here -- doesn't look likely this will survive the daily practicality test -- 3-4hours in a plastic box on a summer's day, cucumbers may be slimy and very smelly well before lunchtime, also the cucumber juices may soak into the bread to make that inedible.
