I am making this turkey this year, and the stuffing and sweet potatoes, too. The recipe is in the magazine article. The ricotta (along with some herbs and turkey bacon) are put under the skin of the turkey before it is cooked. It sounds so delicious!! The other interesting thing is having the turkey "butterflied" so it will cook faster (backbone taken out). I'm going to try it!! Hope it works!!

The recipes for each item is in the actual article, this is just the store list. You should be able to see some where on the page, or in the just for you section it says Your Easiest Thanksgiving Dinner Ever. Go to the article and go through the pages to get each recipe. Just thought I would help cause it is confusing at first!!
