Scrumptious Side Dishes
Parsnip and Potato Pancakes: We've revamped the classic potato pancake by adding shredded parsnips to the mix. The result is a dish that's a bit sweeter, but with the same homey, hash-brown flavor you'd expect from a potato-only version.
Butternut Squash and Apple Bake: Our healthier version of a veggie casserole allows two of the season's most popular offerings to shine. A flavor boost comes from onion and herbs (no heavy cream sauce here) plus a just slightly decadent crumb topping.
Parsley Pesto Veggies: Beans and carrots get dressed up with fresh herb flavor in this simple side dish. Using parsley yields a pesto that's milder than the basil version but equally nutty and rich.

Turkey-and-Stuffing Bites with Cranberry Dipping Sauce
The best flavors of Turkey Day are rolled together in these super-moist meatballs. Because of their soft consistency, they should be served with forks rather than toothpicks.

Pumpkin Streusel Tart
Capture the sweetness of the season with a dessert inspired by pumpkin pie. The buttery, nutty topping and thick crust make it heartier and crunchier—and dare we say, more delicious?—than the traditional finale to a Thanksgiving meal.
