
Prep time: 10 minutes
1 bag (12 oz.) fresh cranberries
1 unpeeled clementine (or a small juice orange), diced, with seeds removed
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until completely ground. Refrigerate up to 10 days. Makes 2 1/2 cups.

My grandmother use to make something similar...she added walnuts.
