Passover Rolls

These easy-to-make Passover rolls are perfect for sandwiches or as a delicious addition to your holiday meal.

Yield:
12 rolls

Prep Time:
20-25 minutes

Cooking Time:
50-60 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups matzo meal
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 4 eggs

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400° F

Step 1: Combine matzo meal, salt, and sugar in medium bowl.

Step 2: Bring oil and water to a boil; Add to the meal mixture.

Step 3: Beat in eggs one at a time, and mix well.

Step 4: Let mixture stand for 15 minutes.

Step 5: Coat your hand in oil and shape the rolls (2 inches wide and round). Place on a well-greased cookie sheet.

Step 6: Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.

Good recipe, BUT canola oil is NOT kosher for Passover -please use cottonseed oil or another oil specifically marked kosher for Passover
