Chocolate-Covered Matzoh

Your child will have fun making this tasty treat for Passover.

  • 6 oz. bittersweet chocolate, kosher for Passover
  • 2 Tbs. water
  • 1 sheet matzoh, cut in 6-8 rectangles

Place the chocolate and water in a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave on high for several 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted. Help your child dip the pieces of matzoh in the melted chocolate. Lay the matzoh on wax paper. Chill in the refrigerator to harden, 10 to 15 minutes.
