- 1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey breast
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley

- 3/4 tsp. chili powder
- 6 whole-grain rolls, split and toasted

- 6 leaves romaine lettuce
- 6 red pepper rings
Step 1: Heat coals until they turn gray and there are no longer strong flames, 35 to 45 minutes.
