Supplies: 1/4 cup butter, 10-oz. bag of mini marshmallows, 6 cups chocolate crispy rice cereal, fruit roll-ups in varied colors, candy bones, wax paper, 8 dowels or craft sticks
How-To: Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Add crispy rice cereal and stir until well coated. Using a buttered spatula, press half the mixture into a buttered 9" by 13" baking pan and let cool. Using buttered hands, divide the remaining mixture into 8 balls. Mold into cone shapes using a rolling motion, then flatten the bottom of the cones on wax paper and let cool. Using a buttered 2" circle cookie cutter, cut out 8 circles from the cereal mixture in the pan. Cut fruit rolls into strips long enough to wrap around the base of the cones and attach the ends with a bit of water.
Decorate fruit roll brim with candy bones or other small candies. Push a dowel or craft stick through the middle of a cereal circle and into the base of a cone.
