Ribbon Ball Ornaments

Far from your ordinary ornaments, these kid-friendly basics are made from Styrofoam balls wrapped in strips of funky fabric.

Ribbon Ball Ornaments

What you need:
Styrofoam balls
Styrofoam glue
Fabric
Scissors
U-shaped floral pins
Ribbon

To make:
Tear fabric into 1"-wide strips. Wrap fabric around ball, securing with Styrofoam glue. Repeat until desired look is achieved and ball is completely wrapped. To prepare for hanging, insert floral pin in top of ball and disguise with a fabric bow. To hang, thread ribbon through space between floral pin and ball, knot at top, and slip loop over tree branch.
