A Pool-Side Bash
Deviled-Egg Boats

Ingredients:
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 Tbs. light mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs. low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 1" squares yellow Cheddar cheese, about 1/3" thick
- 8 pretzel sticks
Instructions:
Step 1: Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks. In a small bowl, mash yolks and mix with remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into the empty egg halves.
Step 2: Cut cheese in half diagonally. Thread a cheese triangle through each pretzel to make a sail. Stick the pretzel into the egg at one end. Repeat with remaining eggs.
