Pom-Pom Pals Craft
Turn a homemade fuzz ball into a warm and furry creature for your child to cuddle or share with a friend.

What You'll Need
1 skein of thick yarn
Thin book, approximately 5 inches tall
Scissors
Assortment of craft supplies (chenille stems, beads, miniature pom-poms, googly eyes, craft foam, felt, buttons, feathers)
Glue

Step 1
Wrap yarn around a small book 80 to 100 times, until the yarn is 1 1/2 inches thick on each side. Slip the yarn carefully off the book.

Step 2
Cut a 6-inch strand of yarn from skein; knot it tightly around center of yarn bundle. Snip each loop until a pom-pom forms. Trim as needed.

Step 3
Decorate the pom-pom with craft supplies. Use chenille stems for arms and legs, feathers for ears, a bead for a nose, or get creative.
