Hi!
I'm using coconut oil in the morning and sweet almond oil before to go to bed..
Then before to take a shower I'm doing "dry brushing" which helps your skin to exfoliate and the circulation to improve.
I'm walking for 30 minutes every day, same thing as before, to help the blood and nutrients to reach the skin and also to avoid liquid retention that can cause the skin to stretch too much.
And it's very important to keep yourself hydrated drinking plenty of fresh juices and water (but not during meals), and eating raw fruits and vegetables.
I'm in week 17 and so far everything is fine... But we have to cross our fingers..... And do not get too much weight!
