typically ovulation occurs in women on their own schedule. A woman's period between when she starts bleeding the first day of her period and when she ovulates can very by cycle (and often does based on stress levels) but the period of time from the date of ovulation until she begins her period is consistent. This is called the luteal phase. If you haven't charted, it is very difficult to determine exactly when you've ovulated. You will probably get an ultrasound to better estimate the baby's due date. Ultrasounds around 8-12 weeks are VERY accurate.
