I completely understand your dilemma! I am 10.5 weeks along and am finding whole wheat pasta with mozzarella, basil, and olive oil to be a good option to satisfy my "comfort food" cravings. I also allow myself to have one sweet treat per day. Sometimes I try mixing fruit with chocolate for a healthier option.
