I was a pot of coffee a day kind of woman. I dropped the Joe and started craving soda anger not drinking it for over a year. Orange juice and seltzer water helps! Eat fruit too!

This isn't the best replacement by any means but when I crave the taste of pop I drink a caffeine free coke. If you are having caffeine withdrawals I'd gradually taper down the amount you drink each day...
