Re: Does a boy named sloppy joe help parents teach room cleaning skills?

This sounds like a great book. Right now I am having great success with my children cleaning up after themselves. I'm not sure why, it's not a problem right now at ages 7 and 9, but a book would be the first thing I would turn to because my kids love books!

Re: Does a boy named sloppy joe help parents teach room cleaning skills?

Yes! It's a great teaching tool because children learn best by example. Using colorful illustrations, A Boy called Sloppy Joe walks the reader through the consequences of a messy bedroom. More importantly, they also learn the benefits of keeping their room tidy. A fun read- a -long for both parents and new readers. Remember, don't be a "sloppy joe"!! And Happy Holidays.

A Boy Named Sloppy Joe is a fun "read a long" book. Parents read as children search through colorful illustrations, trying to locate Sloppy Joes favorite toy buried in his messy room. They walk through his experience and benefits of clearing his disaster zone. check it out for the holidays.
