Sore Chest, anyone else?

Afternoon ladies!  I must say, I woke up this morning and my chest is SO incredibly sore.  I am a pretty large chested woman, I wear a 38D, and holy cow they hurt.  I remember some soreness with my first pregnancy but not to this extent.

Is anyone else dealing with the same issue?

Mine were so awfully sore with my first pregnancy!  Awful!  My 2nd wasn't as bad.  I'm "chesty" as well lol

Yes, I am the same size as you and they are even sore to touch.  With my first pregnancy they were a little sore but nothing like this!!!! Even hurts to sleep on them.

Oh goodness. I can't imagine how that feels.  Mine seem to have finally gotten a little less tender but jumping around is still out of the question.  I know people said ice helps but I found warm baths or warm compresses helped me.

Good luck!

Re: Sore Chest, anyone else?

Hot water helps a lot ....the only problem is when you have to express the pre milk out it can stimulate the nipples causing contractions...so I have had to just go without wearing a bra
