My children love cheese based snacks, that's why I always make it a point to add cheese in any item. Peanut butter sandwiches on whole wheat bread with a little sugar free jelly are great ideas for a healthy snack that your kids will definitely enjoy. Try this. Kids too love fresh fruits.
Give your kids healthy choices and arrange the various food items in a fun, colorful way on their plates as extra incentive to enjoy the healthy foods.

It varies - besides by the time we get home from school pick after I get off work, we are preparing dinner so we try not to allow too much snacking or they end up not eating their dinner.
-Pretzels, goldfish crackers
-Fruit (pineapple, strawberries, apples)
-sweet potato chips
