Perhaps the antibiotics need to be stronger? I have had reoccurring UTI's in the past over a long peroid of time. It got worse with time...it was because the antibiotics I was prescribed were not working! I needed stronger ones, as my body was simply immune to those prescribed. If I would get an occasional UTI (which is rare these days) I would be sure to tell the doctor which antibiotic I am immune too.

Providing your daughter isn't alergic to it, try getting her to eat more garlic, as it's a natural antibiotic. Buy some minced garlic and add a teaspoon or two to every meal you can it's best if it's kind of hidden in Mediterranean (Italian/Greek) or Asian dishes unless your daughter loves the taste of garlic then you can make things like garlic prawns with garlic bread.
A lot of illnesses are becoming antibiotic resistant because of overuse. As you may be aware most healthcare professionals are trying to avoid prescribing antibiotics for this very reason. Here's a link on it http://www.betterhealth.vic.gov.au/bhcv2/bhcarticl
