I went shopping for some stuff today (just found out that i'm 6 weeks pregnant 2 days ago - my first baby ) and got a whole lot of yoghurt. Just as I was about to eat some I read the label and it said 'with probiotic cultures' on it. I'm confused and don't wanna end up eating something that could negatively impact my baby. I haven't touched it and won't until I know it's safe to do so. please help!
