It sounds like your dr has told you everything right to do.  Since there's no actual problem with the baby, besides not wanting to stay in, I don't think you need to see a neonatologist.  There will be one at the hospital if you deliver early to take care of things.  As far as medicines and putting you on bedrest, it sounds like your dr is doing everything he can.  If you're already having trouble and are so far along, another dr may be hesitant to take you on as a patient, but if you're not comfortable, you can definitely call someone else at least.  I would definitely look into finding a new dr after your baby is born so you are more comfortable next time around.
