I understand how you feel. I used to love healthy food, now I am throwing it up. Sorry if tmi. But in the same day I threw up a pear I kept down a chicken burrito from Taco Bell. I was craving it but had not been to Taco Bell in years! So weird!

I am not sure what to do but try and keep down my prenatal vitamins and eat as healthy as I can.

Try to take your prenatal vitamins before you go to bed. That's what I found best to work.

I hear you. I couldn't eat much more than rice and crackers for about two months. Eat what you can, try to take prenatals (the gummie ones are tasty) and be healthy later. You just have to make it to the end of the morning sickness phase, which hopefully will be soon for you.

I completely understand your dilemma! I am 10.5 weeks along and am finding whole wheat pasta with mozzarella, basil, and olive oil to be a good option to satisfy my "comfort food" cravings. I also allow myself to have one sweet treat per day. Sometimes I try mixing fruit with chocolate for a healthier option.

I was a vegetarian before I became pregnant. Suddenly, the urge to eat meat struck me, and I can't stop. I also weighed around 115 pounds pre-pregnancy, and now I'm over 150 at 16 1/2 weeks. I've never been pregnant before, but I'm turning into a blimp. I feel your pain lol
