1st trimester/trouble sleeping

So I'm 10 weeks today and for the past 3 weeks I've had trouble getting comfortable while sleeping. I've found that sleeping with a soft pillow under my belly is the only way I can't get some sleep.
What do you other ladies do to get comfortable ?

Re: 1st trimester/trouble sleeping

I put a pillow in between my legs and that seems to help me sleep better!

Yes I've been doing that as well, and it does help. I guess I didn't think that at 10 weeks it would be uncomfortable.

Re: 1st trimester/trouble sleeping

Agreed. With my first pregnancy I didn't have trouble sleeping until the 6th month or so. So this is a little different but I am 11 years older than last time.

Re: 1st trimester/trouble sleeping

I sleep pretty good most nights but maybe two out of the week I just have trouble. So I guess it's not too bad. I've definitely been more sleepy and tired through out the day though. I've also been trying to take naps on the weekends. An hour makes a big difference :-)
