bloated

This is my first time being pregnant I would like to know if anyone has suggestions in regards to the bloated feeling I get after I eat which makes me look like I'm 8 months when I'm only 4 lol.  Is there anything to prevent it ?

Re: bloated

I've never really expereinced being bloated after eating during pregnancy. I think most people bloat a little after eating all the time not just during pregnancy. If you're small in size then maybe you're expereincing being a little bloated like you normally would after eating but adding the baby bump in there might make you feel even more bloated. It might just take you some time to get used to it. Say something about it to your OB next time you see her/him. One thing I've learned through pregnancies is no matter how small your concern or wonder about something is don't be afraid to ask your OB chances are they've probaby heard it all before lol.
