I had an aversion to meat with my first pregnancy. I couldn't stand to even smell it cooking. It did eventually pass as I got further along in my pregnancy.
I agree with ModChristine. I was completely off meat for months, but I did get over it. First with preprepared meats, then with meats cooked by others and by the third trimester I could cook meat again.
Just don't forget to get protein in other places.
