Monthly Spending Summary (Sept.)
I didn’t do so good at not going over budget this month. Some of it was because I stocked up on lots of butter and frozen veggies and canned fruit. But I’ll be honest, most of it was just because I was taking advantage of lots of “good” deals. And really, they were good deals…but if I don’t have money in my budget then they are no longer good deals! As I was looking back over my Weekly Spending Summaries I was just reminded again that I really need to be more careful with my spending. Yes, it’s fun to buy $0.99 orange juice and $0.50 shortbread cookies but we don’t really need those things. So…I’m trying to do better this month. Live and learn, right?
