Monthly Spending Summary (July)

I didn’t spend a lot this month partly because the deals just weren’t as good as sometimes and partly because I was trying to be more mindful of what I purchased. I have a full pantry and cupboards and have been trying to focus on making meals that use up things I already have on hand. If you want to see more specifics of what I purchased each week, check out my Weekly Spending Summaries.
Monthly Grocery/Household Budget: $200
Total Spent: $163.87
Total Saved with Coupons/Sales: $151.61
Week 1: $68.77
Week 2: $18.43
Week 3: $42.71
Week 4: $33.96
Credits: $15.44
- $8.00 of this was a Rite Aid Single Check Rebate that I received for previous items I purchased.
- $7.44 was money I received for items I purchased through Shop At Home that were grocery/household items.
Ending Monthly Balance: $51.57
This is the amount that I am under budget for the month.
Ending Annual Balance: $107.31
In case you are confused, this is the amount I have left over for the year. So actually, I am under budget by $107.31 for the year. I will be buying a bunch of tomatoes, corn, apples and peaches this month and the next to freeze and can so I’ll use this up in a hurry!
