I spent a bit more this week than I often do but the majority of it wasn’t actually on grocery items…I also bought toner and paper which upped my total.  Read on for all the details…

I used a gift card that I earned through a previous CVS deal to pay for this purchase otherwise my out of pocket would have been $1.33.

  • Skintimate Shaving Gel $3.79 each
  • Johnson & Johnson Nursing Pads $7.99 each

Coupons Used:

  • $1/4 Kleenex coupon from Sunday newspaper inserts
  • $1/1 Skintimate coupon from Sunday newspaper inserts
  • $1/1 Johnson & Johnson coupon requested from manufacturer
  • $2.05 thanks a 20% coupon received via email
  • $9.00 in Extra Bucks coupons (CVS coupons that print at register)

It was a really good week at Rite Aid- the first in a long time!  The Prevacid ended up making me $4.02 after coupons and UPRewards and the other things were free after coupons and UPRewards.

  • 3 Prevacid @ $10.79 each
  • 3 Vaseline Lotion @ $2.97 each
  • 4 Colgate Toothpaste @ $3.50 each
  • 2 Colgate Toothbrushes @ $2.49 each

  • Two $5 Prevacid coupons
  • $4 Prevacid Video Values (Rite Aid) coupon
  • Three $1 Vaseline coupons from the Sunday newspaper inserts
  • $24 worth of Rite Aid UPReward coupons (Rite Aid coupons that print at register)

Got Back:

  • $10 UPReward coupon for buying the Prevacid (can use on next purchase of any item)
  • Two $2.00 UPReward coupons for purchasing the Vaseline
  • Four $3.50 UPReward coupons for buying the Colgate toothpaste pads (can use on next purchase of any item)

I always put at least half of our cost for ink into grocery since the majority of our printing cost is for coupons and rebates.  The same goes for paper which I bought as well.  That I actually will only end up paying $0.33 for since Staples had a deal where I could get it free after rebate and only have to pay the tax.  Love those deals!
