‘The Help’ Star Adopts Baby Boy

Viola Davis, a star of the hit summer movie “The Help,” has adopted a baby boy named Genesis, PEOPLE.com is reporting.

Davis and her husband, the actor Julian Tennon, announced in August that they were pursuing a domestic adoption.  The baby is the first child for the couple.  Tennon has two children from previous relationships.
