Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie gave birth to a baby boy on Thursday, Aug. 29 in Los Angeles.
The new mom, 37, and her husband, actor Josh Duhamel, 40, named their 7-pound, 10-ounce son Axl Jack. Here’s more from US Weekly:
Married since 2009, the couple have been eagerly anticipating their little bundle of joy’s birth for weeks. At the Hollywood premiere of Duhamel’s new movie, Scenic Route, on Tuesday, Aug. 20, the 40-year-old actor said they were packed and ready to go to the hospital at a moment’s notice.
“We do have a bag ready but just not here,” he told Us. “So he’s going to have to wait. He’s going to have to wait until next week.”
The star also spoke recently about how well his wife had been handling her first pregnancy. “I’m mostly impressed with how gracefully…I mean she’s just been awesome throughout this whole thing,” he gushed on Aug. 15. “She’s taken really good care of herself, she’s happy, she’s in great spirits, she looks beautiful and I’m just really proud of her more than anything. And I’m really excited to meet this little dude. I can’t wait.”

Actress Jamie-Lynn Sigler, former star of “The Sopranos” and “Guys With Kids,” and her fiancé, major league baseball player Cutter Dykstra, have welcomed a son. Baby Beau was born on August 28, PEOPLE.com reports. More from PEOPLE:
After announcing their engagement in January, the couple surprised fans with even more exciting news only two weeks later: they were expecting! While confirming they would welcome a son, Sigler admitted she was even shocked by the timing of it all.
“We definitely thought it was going to be a slow relationship process and possibly an engagement — I felt like it was coming — so the baby definitely threw us for a loop,” the actress said in April.
Despite denouncing heels for the remainder of her pregnancy, Sigler sported a pair for her June baby shower, where she told PEOPLE she and Dykstra were having trouble deciding on their son’s name.
“We have a couple of [baby] names we’re toying with. We’ll call him one name one week and one name another week. I think we have our favorite, but you never know. We could change our minds when we meet him,” she said at the time.

Singer Michael Bublé and his wife have announced the arrival of their son Noah, born August 27 in Vancouver, PEOPLE.com reports. This is a first child for Bublé, 37, and Argentine actress Luisana Lopilato, 26. The singer shared the good news with his first proud papa pic on Instagram.
More from PEOPLE.com:
“Overjoyed and filled with gratitude at the arrival of our son,” the new dad writes.
After announcing he and the Argentine actress were expecting their first child, the dad-to-be couldn’t contain his excitement over pending parenthood.
“I had just found out [we were expecting]. It was the greatest day of my life, so I just said, ‘You know, I’m having a baby!’” Bublé shared when explaining why he first broke the baby news to Reese Witherspoon.
In March, the couple discovered they would welcome a son. “We have just come from the hospital and the sonogram was pretty clear — it’s a boy! We are thrilled,” Bublé said at the time.
Finding out the sex of their baby boy coincided with the selection of the new pope, who happened to be from Lopilato’s native country. “She said, ‘It’s a sign!’ But there is no way we are going to call him Frank, even if it did work well for Frank Sinatra,” the singer joked.

Actor Alec Baldwin, 55, and his wife Hilaria, 29, announced the birth of baby Carmen Gabriela on August 23. Here’s more from PEOPLE.com:
Already dad to daughter Ireland, 17, Alec and the EXTRA special correspondent announced in February they were expecting their first child together.
As the mom-to-be adjusted to pregnancy — which included satisfying her citrus cravings — the former 30 Rock star admitted he was looking forward to being a stay-at-home father.
“My dream is to be home with the baby, standing in the doorway, saying goodbye to Mommy,” he said. “‘Mommy is going to work now. Bye Mommy … don’t work too hard!’”
Hilaria, however, had her doubts about Alec’s determination — especially during the early morning hours. “At this point, before the baby is born, he thinks he’s going to be Mr. Mom,” the expectant yoga instructor explained. “We’ll see if at 3 o’clock in the morning when the baby is screaming and we need to change the diaper if he’s going to be Mr. Mom at that point.”

TODAY show anchor Jenna Wolfe and NBC News correspondent Stephanie Gosk have welcomed a daughter. Harper Estelle Wolfeld Gosk was born August 21, and weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces.
Wolfe announced her pregnancy, and her relationship with Gosk, in March. Here’s more on the new baby from PEOPLE.com:
“Estelle is my grandmother’s name,” explains the TODAY anchor. “No matter what, we were always going to have Estelle and we fell in love with the Harper. It’s the perfect combination of athleticism, gentleness, kindness, beauty and a little TV moxie, so we figured it was perfect.”
And in case you’re wondering why Harper’s last names don’t exactly match Moms’? Wolfe reveals that Wolfeld is actually her legal name.
“It’s out of the bag,” she jokes. The daughter of two television personalities “is not ready for a TV name quite yet, but if she ever wakes up and starts doing something TV-related, perhaps we can give her something.”
“This is the greatest gift,” Wolfe, 39, continues. “Anyone who’s a parent understands what I’m talking about.”
“We get paid in our jobs to come up with the right words,” NBC News foreign correspondent Gosk, 41, explains. “All I keep saying is ‘Wow.’ I can’t find the words.”
