Mario Lopez, the television personality who hosts the NBC entertainment show "Extra" and the talent search program "The X Factor," is expecting his second child with his wife Courtney. The baby is due this summer, and will make the couple's 2-year-old daughter Gia a big sister, the LA Times reports:
The baby announcement was made on Lopez's show, which tapes daily at the Grove in Los Angeles, when his 2-year-old daughter Gia Francesca was seen wearing a T-shirt that said "Big Sister Gia." A baby shower for the couple followed, according to "Extra."
"I am the happiest father in the world," said Lopez, 39. "We cannot wait to welcome baby Lopez number two into our lives."
