Prince William and Kate Middleton Expecting Their First Child
Prince William and Kate Middleton, Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, are expecting their first child.
Middleton was admitted to King Edward VII Hospital in London today due to severe morning sickness, ABC News reports.
St. James’s Palace released this statement following her visit to the hospital:
“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting a baby. The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Harry and members of both families are delighted with the news.”
The couple’s baby will be Queen Elizabeth’s third great-grandchild.

@ Jennifer- Tony makes a good point. While some women keep their late name, Kate has made it plain that her proper title is Her Royal Highness, Catherine,Duchess of Cambridge. The writers are showing ignorance in not knowing how to write about her properly using her royal title. Commoners may keep their last names but royals have official titles and use them.
As for her being pregnant, there are 7 billion people on earth. Why be so worked up because this rich couple is expecting? Why not be just as excited that others are expecting?
