Moms With Baby Carriers, Read This

Monday, January 23rd, 2012

Now that it seems like winter is really here in the Northeast, it seems like a good time to mention a product that crossed our desks. It’s called Peekaru Original, and it’s basically a fleece vest that fits right over any baby carrier, keeping your little one nice and toasty in the cold weather while warming you up, too. One mom who tested the Peekaru has a 17-month-old son. Her take: “At first I thought he’d hate it (better for babies?), but he loved it! Thought it was so much fun to be snuggled up next to me. And then when we popped into a toy store, it was easy to zip off on the side.” This is one of those products that comes in handy whether you and your child are most likely to stroll city streets, wend through suburban neighborhoods, or hit the hiking trials. (If you live in a warmer climate, consider the lighter-weight Peekaru Hoodie; for those of you in colder areas, break out the big guns with Peekaru Soft Shell).
