Time Cover Strikes a Nerve

In case you missed it, Time magazine sparked controversy this past week after debuting the cover of their weekly news magazine, which featured 26-year-old Jamie Lynne Grumet breastfeeding her 3-year-old son, Aram, with the bold headline “Are You Mom Enough?”
The article accompanying the cover discusses attachment parenting–which includes three principles: breastfeeding, co-sleeping, and “baby wearing.” Discussion has been heavy over the controversial cover and the principles it attempts to discuss.
