American Baby’s Baby Booty: Win a Diaper Dude Boba Baby Carrier!

June brings us Father’s Day, which leads us to…gear that guys love! That’s the specialty of Diaper Dude, a company founded by a dad, Chris Pegula, in LA (that’s him below!). He’s got three kids, and didn’t want to carry a diaper bag with, say, flowers or bears on it. When he began selling his cool, more manly diaper bags, he got a lot of gratitude from fathers everywhere. Celebrity dads, including Brad Pitt, have been photographed with his designs.

This month brings an exciting partnership between Diaper Dude and Boba, the baby-carrier company. They’ve created a Special Edition Diaper Dude Boba Carrier that will have Dad still looking like a dude when he carries around his little one. It’s a limited edition, so to get the word out, and to help get someone a cool Father’s Day gift, they’ll give away one $125 camo carrier to someone who posts a comment here. You have until the end of the day on Wednesday, June 6th to tell us what makes the dad in your life so cool! For the full rules, check here. And if you’re looking to buy the camo carrier, it goes on sale June 11th at and at some select retailers. Goody luck!

PS after you leave a comment for this giveaway, check out our other huge contest: Poshtots is giving away a $10,000 shopping spree here

My husband is one very cool dude. Not only is he adored by our 2 yr old daughter, we have another little girl on the way in July and he is over the moon about it :-) He also recently started playing semi pro football and has been reliving his high school glory days. He is a killer dancer, sings me love songs, and tells me I’m the most beautiful pregnant woman he has ever seen! To top it all off, he puts up with my crazy emotions and mood swings right now! He definitely deserves to rock an awesome camo carrier with a little pink bundle in it :-)

My husband Adam is a fantastic husband and father. He is so deserving of this baby carrier, because he is so commited to his family. He is a hard worker, working so hard to provide for his family. At the end of the day, he comes home and devotes himself to our beautiful girls! He spends so much time with them, and makes sure that they are having a great time no matter what. He is so hard working, and such a devoted family man.

My husband is wonderful! He is a stay-at-home to our 2 children (both under 2!) and I don’t know what I would do without him. The kids are so lucky to have such a relationship with their dad and I am envious of the days they have together. I’d love to help him as much as he helps us.

My Husband, and father of our amazing 14 month old son, deserves this carrier. He is such a wonderful daddy, and puts everything he has into making our son and I happy. Even though our little man is almost too big for this carrier, we are going to start trying for our second baby at the end of this summer. I can’t wait for our son to have a little sister or brother! I love being a family. :)

My husband Matt is a loving father of his first little boy Brantley 2 months and two daughters 2 and 3. he is an army man of six years a loving husband and a devoted father. he would give anything for his kids and does everything to give them anything they need or want. currently he works two jobs the army and a night job plus side jobs when he isnt at the other two so that i can stay home an be a mom. money is tight for us so we could not afford a lot of the things we wanted to have for the kids. matt is a very independent person and does not like to ask for help, so we have gotten by with just what we need. we found out about our son in october and in april he was born after a difficult pregnancy. after a month matt had to leave out of state and 19 hours away for schooling. the kids and i were left here while he has been away. he will be returning home soon and will be here for fathers day. with money being tight from him being away i dont think that the holiday will be well celebrated. but i know will still be celebrated. i would love to be able to give this to my husband for fathers day, we looked at them quite a bit while i was pregnant but unfortunatly could never afford one for him, i know that he would love this and be very excited suprised and thankful to be recieving one. i also would be very thankful if u would let me give this to my husband for fathers day. thank you from our loving family

My husband is the greatest father. I had our first child, a boy, April 9 via c-section. My husband was able to take two weeks off from work to stay at home with us and help me take care of the baby. He did everything the first week because of the c-section and he wanted me to take it easy. The weekend of Mother’s Day, he gave me the whole weekend off. He got up with the baby throughout the night, changed every diaper, handled the feedings and bathing, and cooked dinner! He works a full-time and a part-time job as a Army Reservist just so I can stay at home with our baby. He is the best husband and father I could ever ask for!

My husband and father of our two girls is so great because he can work all day, sometimes 80 hours a week and still come home and play with our girls(including tea partys and dolls), take care of all the outside chores, and anything I ask of him. He does all of this with no complaints. This man loves his family more than any man I have ever seen and works so hard to give us all we need and anything we want. The best father and husband ever.

My husband is the best dad because he would do anything in the world for his little girl. He always thought he wanted boys, but now that we have a girl he is hooked. He even said the other day that he only wants little girls. Having a girl has definately made him more sensitive, loving an gentle. Although I’m sure he would be thrilled if we were to have a boy someday too.

The reason my husband is so cool is because he is a wonderful father! A year ago april we took in my two nieces to raise because we didn’t think we would be able to have any children of our own since I had two miscarriages in the bast. Little did we know that I was pregnant at the time and God blessed us with a little baby boy in January. He is such a wonderful father to all of them.

I think I can rock the carrier, even though I am the mom. Actually, this is a much better present for Father’s Day than I could have thought of; we have a 4.5 month old son and he would love it.

Brian, my awesome husband and dad, is so cool because of all he does for my daughter and I. It is such a coincidence that you are giving this away, as my husband and I have been wanting a Boba now for a few months, but just can’t afford one! He works third shift, usually 6 nights a week, and goes to college full time during the day! He sleeps in between classes, and its a struggle for everyone. He does it though because he knows it will be worth it in the long run! Because he works so much, and at night, he makes enough money that I am able to only work 2 days a week, so I can spend more time with our 7 month old daughter. He sacrifices so much for her and I. He will graduate college in January, and has gotten 3.0′s the entire time, despite all the long shifts at work. Plus he still does the house chores, and everything else! This carrier would truly make his day. He would be so happy to carry her around and be close to her… it would be such a great reward for all we’ve gone through!

This bag is perfect! Our son had to stay in the hospital an extra 7 days, which felt like forever. That week truly changed us. My fiancé has gone above and beyond for us 3. He has made it possible for us to stay in our apartment by working 50-60 hr weeks. I am able to be with our son while working part time as well. His time with our child is weekends and some nights. I want him to have this carrier so he is prepared at all times. As little ones catch on very quickly, our son can sense when mommy and daddy are prepared and when we are prepared he feels safe. Great gift for his fist fathers day! Thanks for the opportunity!

My husband works away from home 4 days a week and when he comes homes the Special Edition Diaper Dude Boba Carrier will allow him to feel even closer to his baby girl. Carrying our baby girl this way will help them create a special bond. We just found out we are expecting our second so this carrier is almost a necessity for our growing family as I will not be able to carry our girl around all the time anymore!! It would make for the perfect father’s day gift.

I’m so impressed and in awe of him, and truly appreciate everything he does for our family!

First off – love the carrier!! I hope we can win one. We have the diaper dude camo diaper bag…What could be better than having the matching carrier?? My husband is the best dad in the world. We have a 13 month old son and a second boy on the way who is due in September. My husband is amazing with our son. Our son, Cameron – who is nicknamed Camo, adores his daddy. I stay home with Camo all day and we have a great time but the smile on Cameron’s face when daddy comes home is priceless. His daddy always greets him with a big smile and hug. I’m not sure who is more excited to see the other one. My husband helps me out with Cameron even after he gets home from a long day at work. He is not afraid to change diapers or make Cameron (and mommy) dinner. He even takes Cameron to do something fun about once or twice a month so mommy can have a little break. He is amazing and I would love for him to have this carrier to take Cameron and baby number 2 around in. Thanks so much for offering this giveaway. Good luck everyone!
