CD and Book Bond Parents and Baby Through Song

Many parents never forget the time they spend bonding with their babies while singing lullabies. Because of this special connection, two-time Grammy Award winning artists Cathy Fink and Marcy Marxer created the CD and playbook, Sing To Your Baby ($19.95).

This 11-song CD and 32-page book comes with colorful illustrations and lyrics to guide moms and dads through the music.  “Over the years, so many parents told us that they lacked the confidence to sing to their own children. They felt their voices didn’t sound good or they didn’t know what to sing,” Fink and Marxer said. They sing the songs in two different keys so parents can sing along, but baby will only hears mommy or daddy’s voice.

The duo certainly believe that songs improve communicative skills between babies and parents. “Music is magic. It soothes, expresses, connects, and creates opportunities for bonding. The rhythms are natural for rocking, dancing, walking with, and moving with your baby. We need to use every method we can to open the lines of communication with our children. By incorporating music and singing early on, these tools will always be available to parent and child.”

(You’ll find other gamers value taking into consideration on the market, much like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this provides you sufficient info to produce an informed decision of your Zune vs players other than the iPod line likewise.)
