Great Bites for Oscar Night

Planning an Oscar Party fete? Follow our lead to host an award-worthy soiree with dishes inspired by this year’s most popular movies.

In honor of True Grit’s 10 nominations, pile your plate high with Spicy Low-Country Shrimp and Grits.

But the party doesn’t stop there. After seeing Natalie Portman’s lean body in The Black Swan you may have pirouetted away from the greasy burgers, but these Grilled Chicken Sliders are anything far from it.

Take a cue from  Mark Ruffalo’s organic farmer character Paul from The Kids Are All Right and serve up some organic veggies with Caramelized Onion Dip on the side.

You may not have any trouble finding your voice, but these tasty tea cakes (served in honor of The King’s Speech, of course) are so good they may just leave you speechless.

Don’t forget about the kid-friendly flicks! The loveable Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head from Toy Story are well represented in these tasty Mini Stuffed Potatoes.
