I’m loving this summer-friendly appetizer idea from the California Table Grape Commission, perfect for kids who refuse to eat the traditional tomato-based caprese salad. Skewer a red grape, a leaf of basil, and fresh mozzarella, then drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The result is a surprisingly tasty combo (believe me, I was skeptical about swapping out my grape tomatoes for grapes too!) that’s got just the right balance of sweet and salty.
