Not only can working out regularly increase your body confidence so you feel sexier, it can actually boost your orgasms.

According to new research published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine, frequent exercisers have greater blood flow to their clitoris than do women are sedentary—which translates to more fireworks in the sack.
