Picture 4More motivation to get sweaty: Working out throughout adulthood can help keep your memory sharp and your attention span sustained as you age, according to a new study from the University of Toronto. But that doesn’t mean you should feel pressured to constantly push your workouts to the max. The researchers found that women who regularly engaged in moderate exercise throughout adulthood had better working memories and attention spans than those who regularly engaged in a strenuous workout.
