Feeling Fuller Longer—We’ll Toast to That!

If you’re a fan of toast at breakfast, make yours a slice of rye. According to Swedish researchers, among people who ate breakfasts that differed only in the type of bread they were served, those who had rye bread were significantly less hungry after 8 hours than those who had wheat (surprising but true!).
