Perfect Christmas Cookies

5685214307281p1
For years I’ve been making butter cookies at Christmas with an old twist-down cookie press of my grandmother’s that killed my hand. Sorry, Grandma, but last weekend I walked out of Bed, Bath and Beyond with an upgrade: the Wilton Pro II Ultra Cookie Gun. You just squeeze the trigger and boom—a perfectly formed cookie every time. It comes with a gazillion fun inserts, and there’s even a few that let you make teeny weeny bite-sized cookies.

Hopefully this is a good model. I hate to be a downer, but since it is out of stock…I upgraded a while back and found myself switching back to my old crank one mid-batch.
