Eat on the Edge

Brownie_panA while ago we wrote about Amazing Edge Pan. But did you know it wasn’t just for brownies? Turns out edgy is better for everything from Marcapone Cheesecake Bars to Classic Lasagna. Very, very cool! Or should I say warm and gooey inside?

    Another use (being a girl from the South) is for cornbread! Although it’s no replacement for the standard cast iron skillet, it’s a great way to have lots of crispy-edge goodness.
