And dads heart their kids (duh). But are employers doing enough to encourage a healthy balance between work and family life? Maybe not. Check out these stats from the Monster Intelligence Father’s Day survey:
* More than half of working fathers (58 percent) feel their employer should be more considerate of the needs of working dads.
* If money were no object, 68 percent of dads would consider being a stay-at-home parent.
* And the workplace benefit fathers appreciate most is a flexible work schedule, followed by telecommuting, onsite child care, and paid paternity leave.
