10 Minutes Well-Spent
I spent a little time toning my abs this weekend with 10-Minute Solution: Rapid Results Pilates. (I got it from Netflix, which is the perfect way to test out an exercise DVD before you buy it, BTW.) We’ve all heard how pilates is so great for toning your core—and it definitely is—but I’ve always found it a little… deathly boring. I own a bunch of pilates DVDs, and the only thing that differentiates them is the type of irksome New Age-y music playing in the background. But Rapid Results Pilates is actually fun, thanks to faster-paced moves (ones I’ve never seen before!) and five mix-and-match 10-minute segments. Choose from buns & thighs, arms & shoulders, waist slimmer, total body blast, and slim & sleek stretch, or be super-ambitious and do all five.
