Thanks to a new workout routine based off the intense P90X program for adults, this clever dad created this hilarious strength training regime called P90X Baby Edition. With intense sessions in heavy weight training, plyometrics, flexibility, and sprint interval training and a nutritious boost from baby-safe “muscle milk,” little Benjamin eventually gains the strength to roll over on his own.
