Growing Fast

One day in the car, my daughter noted that every cactus has a different number of arms. Seeing a teachable moment, I told her that a cactus can be up to 75 years old before it grows its first arm. After considering that for a moment, Grace responded, “Wow. I’m only five and already have two arms.”
