Dinners

Beef and Noodle Toddler Meal Always reserve cooking liquid from whatever baby food you make. It includes vitamins and minerals. Add it to the baby food to get the consistency that is just right for your child.

Turkey and Rice Plain rice is always a hit with toddlers. Feel free to substitute chicken for the turkey in this recipe.

Turkey, Rice, and Green Beans You can also try carrots in the turkey and vegetable combination. Just be sure to cook the carrots until they are very tender.

Tomato Sauce and Noodles Try this when your baby is at least 1 year old. To serve, stir 2 tablespoons of the sauce into 1/2 cup cooked small-shaped pasta.

Chicken, Pasta, and Carrots Use tiny pasta, such as stars or alphabet shapes in this recipe. The smaller shapes are easier for toddlers to eat.

As long as she chews she can have these things. Babies gums are hard enough to eat small bits of food. My 9 month old doesn't have any teeth, but we feed her whatever we are eating. Just make sure it is cut up small enough so she doesn't choke.
